Choose the right service
Three different ways to get help
For customers
From request to completed work
- Choose the service and describe the jobSelect an available service, then add item details, location, access conditions, timing, and helpful photos.
- Compare providersReview responses, provider profiles, timing, and pricing before making a decision.
- Choose and wait for acceptanceSelect a proposal. The provider is notified and must accept before the project starts; the customer is not sent to checkout.
- Coordinate and pay directlyConfirm material changes, arrange project payment directly with the provider, and follow progress through completion. Customers pay no JunkMoveHelp fee.
For providers
Turn local requests into scheduled work
- Create your profileAdd accurate company, service-area, capability, and verification information.
- Respond to suitable requestsReview the job details and send a clear proposal with your price and availability.
- Accept selected workIf the customer selects your proposal, review and accept the project. Acceptance creates a 10% platform-fee invoice due within seven business days.
- Complete the agreed workCoordinate project payment directly with the customer and record arrival, progress, and completion in the job workflow.
What to expect
You stay in control of the choice
- Requesting responses does not obligate you to hire
- Compare the details before choosing a provider
- Use your account to track the agreed job
- Direct project payments are not protected or processed by JunkMoveHelp
- Moving includes provider-supplied transportation; Moving Help is labor-only and the customer arranges transportation
