Service Provider terms
JunkMoveHelp Service Provider Agreement
Version 2026-09-12.1-rc · Effective 2026-09-15
This agreement states the additional conditions that apply when a business registers and participates as a Service Provider.
1. Independent business relationship
The Service Provider operates an independent business and is not an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, or representative of JunkMoveHelp. The provider controls its proposals, project pricing, personnel, equipment, methods, and performance, subject to applicable law and the marketplace rules.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
The Service Provider must be authorized to operate, provide accurate registration and profile information, maintain required licenses, permits and insurance, keep account credentials secure, and promptly update material changes. JunkMoveHelp review does not guarantee identity, qualifications, licensing, insurance, safety, quality, or future conduct.
3. Marketplace opportunities
JunkMoveHelp does not guarantee registration approval, lead volume, proposal visibility, customer selection, project completion, revenue, or any particular service area. The provider may submit accurate proposals only for work it is prepared and legally able to perform.
4. Selection, acceptance, and contact release
A customer selection notifies the Service Provider but does not start the project. The provider must review and accept the selected work before customer contact information is released and before the project starts in the marketplace. The parties must document material changes to scope, access, timing, items, or price.
5. JunkMoveHelp platform-fee invoice
Before accepting selected work, the Service Provider must acknowledge that acceptance creates one JunkMoveHelp platform-fee invoice equal to 10% of the accepted proposal. The invoice is due within seven business days. An overdue invoice restricts new leads, new proposals, and new-project acceptance until verified payment, while existing accepted-project and invoice-payment access remains available.
6. Customer project payments
The customer and Service Provider arrange and resolve payment for project work directly. JunkMoveHelp does not collect, hold, transfer, pay out, refund, or arbitrate those project funds, and direct project payments do not carry a JunkMoveHelp payment guarantee, protected-payment coverage, or escrow service.
7. Work, safety, taxes, and compliance
The Service Provider is responsible for personnel, vehicles, equipment, disposal, permits, licenses, insurance, taxes, safety, work quality, customer-property protection, and compliance with applicable laws. The provider must not accept prohibited, unsafe, fraudulent, or unlawfully described work.
8. Communications, records, and privacy
The provider must use customer and project information only for the selected work, protect it from unauthorized use or disclosure, keep material agreements in available marketplace records, and preserve relevant evidence for disputes, safety reviews, accounting, and legal obligations. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
9. Cancellations, disputes, and account restrictions
Participants remain responsible for direct-payment disputes. JunkMoveHelp may review marketplace conduct and may limit or suspend access for unsafe conduct, fraud, inaccurate information, privacy misuse, legal requirements, policy violations, or overdue provider invoices. A restriction does not erase existing payment or record-retention obligations.
10. Agreement changes and contact
Material changes will receive a new version and effective date and may require renewed acceptance. Questions may be sent to help@junkmovehelp.com or JunkMoveHelp LLC, 205 Elm St, Lexington, SC 29072.
